ISLAMABAD, July 6: The Ministry of Environment has urged Punjab government to do away with decades old inadequate motor vehicles laws to control emissions polluting its air.The ministry said that urban ambient air was being polluted by old or aging vehicles that emitted over 3 million tons of CO2 per year.
